yep it is just as normal as your left foot being bigger than your right, your left leg being longer and all the other normal human unsymmetrical traits we are all possessed with. So nothing to worry about at all, just enjoy them both equally.

well, I'm a girl.......so i...ya know........... but if your going through puberty it is probably normal and they will even out over time. if you not going through puberty and it is a big difference in size you should probably see a doctor.
