If you're a school girl, then smiles and eye contact will do.
For women it's a bit more complicated...best way to get guys is to be extremely self confident, look your best and IGNORE them.

honestly, the honest to god best way is for YOU to initiate contact. You will absolutely blow a guys mind and trust me...he will notice you. But if that seems a bit skanky just make ALOT of eye contact and smile
