Check out Paradise Stream Resort in Mt. Pocono, PA. If you get the deluxe room it comes with a king size round bed, a steam shower, a 7ft tall champagne glass shaped hot tub, a heart shaped pool and a steam room w/ a message table. Great for couples or honeymooners. My fiance and I had a ball. Plenty of activities to do outside of the hotel, great spot for skiing.

I bet there are some in the Poconos, which aren't that far from NY, in PA. I'd try going to orbitz.com and to google, and type those criteria into the search box... keep in mind that probably only the mo$t posh will have one in the ROOM.
If a jacuzzi will do, that might be easier to find. Here are some:

Go to the Hilton.com website and do an advanced search. On the advanced search it will allow you to select all of their brands (Hampton Inn, Doubletree, GardenInn, etc.) and it will also allow you to select jacuzzi room as a preference. This will give you the info you are looking for.

pool in the room? you mean hot tub in the room? Try calling the brand numbers their central reservationists may be able to help you for example, 1800 holiday, marriott.com and i think its also hilton.com...
