Get those vitamin e tablets, the ones that have the liquid inside. Poke a hole in one side and use the vitamin e over the scratch. It will help heal and keep it moisturized so that you wont scar.

never cover them with makeup just wash them out and make sure there clean and they will go away as humanly possible

You can try to cover em with concealer and foundation.
