That would be very difficult without gravity. Perhaps if you were in a very confined space you could push off the walls to create enough force but it would be very tiring and you'd have to be very fit. You could of course have some sort of machine that helped with the motion. I'm not sure what effects gravity would have on erectile function, I'd assume nothing to great. It's an interesting question.
