could someone tell me if seedling fibroid always comes in big cloths?

meaning i went to the doctor after passing some biggg cloth they say that it's seedling fibroids but from that day until today (1year ago)iwhen ever time my period comes if i don't look properly i don't see any thing looking like cloth or i may not even pass any please give me some idea of whats happenning.

Do you mean clots? You may or may not get clots with fibroids. Fibroids can cause heavy bleeding and clotting. I ended up having surgery twice because they couldn't get all the fibroids the first time and the little ones grew bigger. Second time was hysterectomy.

Fibroids can also cause infertility.
