Just explained that I thought it was a forty rather than a thirty mph zone. Didn't press the point but it did happen to be true. Got away with a warning. Luck. (It was a long time ago.)

No but I've deserved both of them. I did get one decreased so I wouldn't get any points. It was the same week my dad was killed so my counties DA talked to the DA of the county the ticket was in and explained the situation. Paid the ticket and that was it

I didnt have to..I was hurrying to get home cuz my daughter was sick and said she was going to throw up..so i got pulled over and told the cop this..then she threw up..he let me go.

just say im sorry i know your pulling me over for speeding. im late for work its my fault. been pulled over twice and used that same line. worked both times... and im a guy!!
