run, run, run like the wind, ok thats the only way to get rid of those thigh fat, but for the stomach, do sit-ups like 30-40 per day or every 4 hrs or so, and stop eatting too much fat food, ESPECIALLY FASTFOOD, eat heatlhly food, like salad for example with Italian Dressing, dont use Ranch Dressing, why? ranch have bad Saturated fat, and it wont do good for your health. Oh yea, for the running part, do at least a mile, NO WALKING that will just burn less fat, jog or sprint.

oh yea, there is no fast way to lost fat, but IF your like really really really need to lose fat, uhh this might be pricy but do liposuckson, however thats a health risk. If successful, you lost the fat you wanted, but your skin will hang lose. thats why excersie is best
you lost fat and you build muscle to tone the skin up so it wont hangging like a rag.

It is really not good for your health to lose weight too quickly. Probably the best thing to do is make sure you are eating a healthy diet--lots of fresh veggies and fruits,and less carbs than you are eating now. Also include some protein in every meal. Protein is what gives you energy and helps build muscle. If you are still hungry after a meal, eat more vegetables. Hey, they can't hurt can they? Also get some more exercise. If you are eating enough of the right foods, you should have enough energy to exercise. Of course if you need to lose a LOT of weight you might want to talk to your doctor.

i found the e book to be very informative and easy to study. i have lost 17 kilos in 12 days, i'm only worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too promptly. i will admit i have not followed the coaching guide precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet usually) and doing little or no workout, in spite of the indisputable fact that the burden keeps flying off. It obviously works and if i'd followed it precisely i imagine it would scare the residing daylights out of me as a results of quantity that i'd lose. So thanks again for the innovations. i have by no skill offered something like this earlier because they are commonly finished of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful wonder. start up on the on the spot!

Eat nothing but an apple per day and persist on for a couple of weeks. That can let you lose your weight fast, however, it's not a very healthy way.

Ok, there is no exactly a "fast" way to lose weight. But if you're saying about 1-2 months, do these:

-stay away from fast food (burgers, french fries, etc.)
-work out at least every 3-5 days for at least an hour at the local gym
-do 7 pushups and 10itups before going to bed everyday
-eat less meat, and more fruits and vegatables. Fruits at least 3 times a day, vegatables 2 times a day for snacks.
-stay away from any drinks, except milk, water, and sport drinks (gatorade, propel, etc)
-every meal of yours, balance it about 2000-2400 calories
-shop smartly

The fastest way is to eat unlimited amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables only, and exercise at least 30 minutes daily. If you feel faint, eat lean protein immediately. It is not a good idea to do this more than 14 days. Drinking at least 64 ounces of water daily is essential. Try to get at least eight ours of sleep. Weigh training will help to boost your metabolism. If you would rather be tone instead of bulky, do not lift heavy weights. I hope this helps. Take care. Be safe.

Stop eating carbs 'N fats, RUN RUN RUN! And move a lot, I mean try to move around all the time, and thinking really helps! I'ms serious, try to occupy your brains with stuff that worries u about tomorrow what will happen, your plans and so on...
You'll lose weight in no time.
