can you give me an exmple of when you have dealt with a challenging situation? what was the situation? what a?

I had to deal with Trade for peoples jobs going overseas. Then trying to find them jobs here in America. Wasn't pretty let me tell you. I finalaly got them into new training, compared to what they were doing before (factory work) most are now in differnt fields.
