well, people often don't get scholarships even when they are more qualified just because there are certain percentages of ethnicity's that are required to receive the scholarships.
the idea of equality among ethnic cultures has gone too far and is now causing more problems. certain groups of people tend to think things are owed to them because of their ethnicity and they don't even have to work for it. whatever happened to working for things the right way like everyone else?

Race doesnt play a role. Its all in people's mind.
Like for example, queen latifah rechristened herself queen bec her mother told her that she was the best.
My dad told me I had the best features and boosted my self esteem.
So its all upto the parents and the sibs. You cant blame the society, bec as charity begins at home so does love and self esteem.

It does not. Class does. Inner city schools are the worst of the bunch. The schools are bad because the neighborhoods are, not race.
