You should have just kept the stupidness going & when she said she wasn't pregnant, you should have said, "Do you want to be?" Might as well stick your other foot in your mouth so you'll have an excuse NOT to run! Honestly, just admit you are an idiot & I guarantee that you'll both get a good laugh out of it! FYI to all the people who think this woman may just be fat, she COULD have a thyroid problem, heart problems, ovarian cyst, etcetera. Don't be so quick to judge a book by it's cover! Women are starting to have some strange health issues that seem to be settling in the mid-section of their bodies as age sneaks up!

This is very touchy! Even as a pregnant woman, I was easily offended by people telling me I must be due any day, when I had several months left. Just politely say you are sorry. Anything more, and you are just digging yourself a deeper hole!

Probably nothing because at the rate you are going anything you said would have only made matters worse. Sometimes it is best just to shut up and say nothing.

How about "I'm so sorry, I feel absolutely terrible!" Before saying something like that look for more signs. If she is pregnant you will probably see her rubbing her tummy or putting her hand on her back by the tailbone.

no longer me. yet this pal of mine and her mom requested this different pal whom we hadn't considered in a lengthy time period if she changed into. and she or he suggested "no i'm only fat." She changed into cool. Buuuuuut nowww!!! She somewhat is prego!!! She'd been attempting for a lengthy time period and having a lady in August!!
