It comes with everything the new one comes including a warranty except the high price. I think the factory sponsored refurb is a great deal.

I just got a 30gb refurbished and you would never guess that it is refurbished. I got it direct from Apple, and it's great and was so much cheaper that way! I'm not sure I would buy a refurbished one from someone else, but I felt safe dealing with Apple. It came with all the original accesories, there are no scratches and it works 100% fine.
