Yes, she could get pregnant. Anytime your penis is in contact with her vagina, pregnancy is always a possibility. Pre ejaculation fluid is very concentrated containing millions of sperm, so even if you did not ejaculate...there is still the pregnancy possibility.

Sure, what is the different you have sex in the spa, car, bed or even standing up, as long as your stick or gel touch her soft. Whether you put it inside or outside. It just different probability, sure if no gel, the probability will much lower.
