I want to be a model and i know i have what it takes. I don't want this to sound bad to some people so please don't take it personally. Since I am African American male and 5'7'' do you guys think i could make it in the industry? Modeling is my life and i really want to be a model. I plan to move to new york after i graduate from high school to try to persue modeling

Although I am not in the business, I would have to say there is no way to tell whether you could make it by what you gave us. I also believe that it would take more than just one picture to tell anyone that. My advice? Start a portfolio. Then take it to an agency. It's the only way you'll ever know.

With out seeing a picture I'd say yes cause I don't ever want to tell anyone that they can't do something.

It is not about what we think it is about your passion. The race doesn't always go to the fastest or the strongest but the one who wants it most!!!If you want it then who cares what we think!!!! Its your life do what you have a passion for.
