hey....i have a fog machine and you know like at concerts u see the fog and it stay floor level...it doesn raise above their knees....is that anything i could add to my fog solution to make it float like that??

Nothing u can add to the fog fluid, but if u want it to say on the floor u have to cool the fog there r many different ways to this. Here's one way: http://www.gotfog.com/fog_machine_chiller.html Just search the net for others

Go industrial strength. Try visiting sites that sell props and equipment for movies. Some good ones aren't too expensive. My friend bought one for about 200.00 . If you have the Halloween Company in your area call them or visit. They sell high end equipment for all needs and budget.
