I need to read the song with out it sounding like a poem and it would be easier if it didn't rhyme. I would preferably have a song without any cuss words.

They mostly don't rhyme, some of it does but it seems more like incidental assonance than actual delibrate ryhme. Go to yahoo music and check out the video for this song... it is absolutely beautiful and hauntingly eerie...

sunscreen, its an alternative song, where the guy just says all sorts of advise, no rhyming, its actualy a good song too.
