First and foremost, I would make sure that my "family" is not reduced to kicking one another's butts on "live" television to either entertain the fans, bring up the Nielsen ratings or make a buck.

Second, I would consider bringing back the most promising women's wrestlers...... Chyna, Jazz, Jacqueline, Jackie Gayda, Ivory, etc..... (only a few divas per show though..... too much eye candy spoils the business).

Third, I would bring back some of the guys....... Sean O'Haire, Chuck Palumbo, Buff Bagwell, Chris Jericho, etc...... there are quite a few others.

Fourth, I would make sure that the people(fans) get a better chance to be more inclusive with what's going on in the organization..... like take a poll on more interesting storylines, actually try to listen to the fans, etc......

Fifth, I would give the wrestlers/divas better chances at redeeming themselves should they fall on hardships/a chance to returnin the future should they decide not to renew their contract with the company.

Sixth, I would give the "guys in the back" a chance at some actual air time(I'm sure that the locker room/behind the curtain/stuck in the hallway sucks profusely).

Seventh, and this one's my private favorite, I would appoint a "hot hunk" of a guy to be my assistant(yeah, of course he wouldn't be married or tied down.... neither would I for that matter).

Eigth, I would reconsider the title "sports entertainment" to "sports entertainment with actual wrestling every now and then(so yeah, someone could actually get hurt for real out there)". LOL

Honestly, this list could go on forever.

Alright let's give it a shot.
First - Get rid of ECW. It sereiously a joke. It is just Vinces attempt to get younger viewers like he had back during the attitude era.
Second - Draft lotery... completely. Clean the slates and start over. Everyone seems to complain about the same storylines and the same fueds. So you completely start over which will allow new storylines and new fueds.
Third - Make sure Cena and HHH are split up to different shows. Y? Weather people want to believe it or not, these are the two wrestlers that people tune in to see the most. HHH as a heel, was the wrestler of Raw until Cena came over. So you split up these shows so you don't have one show that is really good and one show that is... ok.
Forth - Reform and create new and good tag teams. Back in the days of demolition, the hart foundation, LOD, and the Warlord and Barbarion, I was actually interested in the division. There has not been a good tag team storyline since the LOD main evented RAW in the Title vs. Job match with the Godwinns.
Fifth - Contrary to what that one guy said, I would get rid of the women division all together. I'm sorry but I can't tell you the last time I watched a womens match that I was actually impressed by their wrestling skills. I am yet to see a woman wrestler who could actually sell their moves.
Sixth - Create new match types and tournaments. The WWE has run out of good fresh match types. Everything is either in a cage or is some kind of hardcore rule. Get something new and interesting. Along with that, I would make tournaments a regular thing. It allows fans to go through many senarios and try to predict what will happen and it causes interest.

First move, Fire the soap opera and nickelodeon writers from creative. They've crapped up the business enough.

Second, Say Goodbye Johnny Ace (John Laurinaitis) with a "na-na-na-na" chant from the fans.

Third, Hire new talent from WWE affiliate companies, OVW, DSW and others that have some worthy stuff going on. Definatly tag teams.

Fourth, Hand Paul Heyman ECW control 95% with the financial backing nessicary and make him reclaim the "Paul E. Dangerously" name.

Fifth, Diva Search, as I said before, "na-na-na-na".

Sixth, Let it roll like a snowball going down a hill, jus let it get bigger. A set of good bookers and a really good creative team is what WWE lacks right now. Booking Edge and Cena for this many main events is really putting a drain on RAW. Making "King Booker" pull off the worst gimmick a black man can do is killing the main event status on Smackdown, and Big Slow being the reigning champ on ECW is taking credibility from other wrestlers not only completely not "extreme" at all. RVD, Sabu, and Sandman are perfectly capable.

Seventh, ECW isnt (or shouldnt be) WWE reject land, Renee Dupree, Mike Knox, Hardcore Holly, Kevin Thorne, Big Show, Matt Striker, Test, Shannon Moore, shove them (back) on Smackdown!, if not OVW, DSW (Knox).

he's not in simple terms the owner of WWE, yet he's likewise at the moment the CEO and the Chairman of the Board of WWE. Sorry Scott Bee you're incorrect, Vince in genuine existence isn't some thing like the Vince on television the authentic Vince don't have the Ego of his television personality

Fire all of the current talent including managers and announcers. I would hire all of the main wrestlers from the 80's until 95 except for Hulk Hogan and find some new talent who can actually win over the fans.

I would stop insisting its sports entertainment and go to what made the WWE what it is, Wrestling. Then I would rely more on the young talent like Orton, Carlito, Masters, Benjamin and Umaga to carry the company to a new level.

I would focus more on the activity in the ring, and get away the soap opera aspect. Just way too many stupid storylines and gimmicks. Also, I would stay leave ECW as a stand-alone product...no more WWE influence and no more crossovers from guys from Smackdown and Raw.
