muah is a kiss. when u kiss someone, you kind of make a sound and someone had the time to come up with a word that describes the sound of a kiss.
ppl use it when they say thanx. for example : thanx! ur the best! muah!
i don't think there is a site...at least none that i know of. you mite just learn as you go.
