i cry. and cry and then i talk to someone. i talk to a strager about my problems. someone that i will never see again. just cause then they wont judge me if they never see me again.

RUN RUN RUN, or engage in some form of exercise-u will feel sooo much better! Call a friend, talk their ear off until you get all of your steam out. Have a nice glass of wine-mind you only one or two-the point is to not get drunk otherwise you might feel worse the next day and more stressed out- eat a good meal-sit in a quiet place and stretch out-scream at the top of your lungs. prioritize what you have to do or what is stressing you out, make a list-start on that and then get some sleep and wake up the next day refreshed and ready to tackle whatever comes your way.

I like to increase my stress, here's how I do it:
Basically we are all very stressed out but to reach higher levels of stress and overwhelment you will need to practice these 5 important steps:
Worry, it’s a wonderful stress tool.
Multitasking, very helpful in promoting stress.
Conflict with others, a fabulous way to remain tense.
Financial problems can take you to new levels of worry and feelings of hopelessness.
Live in chaos, this increases anxiety and nervous tension.
An example of how you can live is chaos is to make sure that you leave your possessions in a random manner.
When you are late for an appointment and need your car keys you can double your overwhelment trying to figure out where they are.
So you see being really stressed out is a very easy state to live in.
Finally its good to try and create stressful situations when you need it least!

Go to the toilet, take the pile of newspapers.. and tear them up altogether .. lol... the rage*(!?%$)
Well I only did this one time when I got reallly pissed off.. I could'nt go around and start throwing glasses, or plates everywhere.. (afraid I would end up regretting it).. so I take onto destroying somethin tht wasnt useful to the family anymore :)

I like to put on my headphones and hit the pavement, and I walk, and listen to some upbeat music to get me moving. I always feel better when I get home.
