Yes there is a paradox. Did you come up with this? I must ask. That rocks; I love it. Nothing, since he admits it and that is the lesson of the nose. Or maybe not. Only the nose knows. But, then again, the paradox makes it neutral, so maybe nothing would happen after all. Or maybe his ability to admit it would make him become a real boy.
Not that it matters, for such thoughts do not occur in wooden heads.
