This paper is about my Dream vacation and the memories about my family vacations tied up in that. If you can help me, i would really appreciate it. This is all i have written so far. If you have any ideas, comments or add anything to my paper that i have so far please do so.
A vacation means different thing to different people. Some people go on sight seeing adventures seeking out museums, and historical places in Washington DC. Others go places for the entertainment and enjoyment to places like Disneyland. Some people just rush around trying to get everything done and everywhere to see all the things before going home. Laying on a beach, looking onto the ocean at the sound of the waves crashing into one another and the touch of the sand between my feet, THAT’S what I call a vacation!
As I close my eyes, I can envision those family vacations to Myrtle Beach.

You are selling yourself short. You have done an excellent job of writing, and explaining your need! Just remember, the assignment is to fill in two pages. Teacher is going to glance at it to see if you followed directions. back up and add words to the paragraph. example:instead of some people : Our neighbors have three kids, and two dogs, and a cat. They rent a large van and plan their vacations, etc. Pick another neighbor, or cousin and tell about their plans. try to fill the first page. Then your myrtle beach vacation, how you travel, how long it takes to get there, how long you stay. pick out and describe something of interest you did or would like to have done. elaborate on how you feel while there, how you feel the last day, etc. you have already shown you can do it.

I myself have never been to Myrtle Beach. But I think what the teacher wants you to do is describe it to the best of your ability what its like to be on "your" vacation. You want to use a lot of adjectives, etc so the reader can visualize where it is that you've been. The beginning of your paper is good. All you need is more details about your vacation. What made it so fun? What do you envision when you think of those family vacations. Building sand castles, eating good food, shopping, playing in the sand, etc. What do you remember that would make the person feel like they're there. I'm sure when you list all of this, you'll have more than two pages. Good luck, I'm sure you'll do fine!

Your inital paragraph is all over the place!
I think you should go back to the drawing board and start with a quick outline.
