If they were to play today, the score would probably be something like 13-1 Yankees. Big differences in their lineups and pitching.
And no, they don't regularly play each other in Interleague. They probably won't play in interleague again until 2008 at the earliest because of the rotation of interleague games, and that's assuming they schedule the Yankees and the Cubs to play each other.

elementary for me, Yankees Vs Cubs. Cubs are in the Brewers branch and that i want to work out how the Yankees are going to play with their new team at their new stadium! it is going to likely be a sturdy interest. Have a great time, yet of path you will!

They have played... it's called inter league play and it happens every year. Cubs-Yankees is fairly common in these games. Recently, the Yankees have beaten them badly. 8-1 was the final score of their last game, I think. If it's not their last game, it was close to it.
