Sometimes you just have to give them a couple of days. Make sure there are no wounds and what not. Then just watch her and see that she isn't losing weight and stuff. She probably sprained it or just smarted it good. If it gets to where she isn't showing any inprovement you either need to take her to a vet or if you can't do that for whatever reason....
Separate her. Keep her in a barn or in part of the garage or a nice warm enclosed area. Give her Penicillen. That could help anything that could be affecting her inside. You can't give a goat too much Pen, just read for a dosage and don't fret. If you have to wrap it up or make a makeshift cast for her, do it. Sometimes going out there and streching the leg out and working it a little (see what she can handle) will help also. Give her rubs from her hips to rump to hoof. She will be a pampered queen, but it can help her get better.
Hope she gets well.

I would put ice on her leg if she stays still. Rap a cloth around a bag of ice. Hold it there for a minute take it off and wait a minute and repeat. Try and get her to a vet as soon as possible as this could be more than a twisted leg.

Try putting some lineament on its leg. You can find it at most farm supply stores. Give it a few days as long as there is no open cuts or signs of infection. If it doesn't get better. Call a vet that specializes in farm animals allot of times they will give you advice over the phone. If they think its serious enough you may have to see them.

not lots. there's a collection of goats out in the Oakland hills, on loan from 'Goats Are Us'... a minimum of they have been there some years lower back. NO lie. They eat the grass, hence reducing the probability of yet another undesirable hearth available.

Call your veterinarian and describe what happened and ask if there is something you can do until she can be seen.
If she's not walking on it, she probably tore tendons or even damaged muscle in her leg which may require surgery or at best a splint or cast.

take some straight sticks and use them with an ace bandage to splint her leg... then get her to the vet in the morning... be careful because she may have broken it and you don't want to hurt her any more than she already is... just try to keep her calm and keep it splinted and wrapped... make sure the wrap isn't too loose but also not too tight...

you might wrap it with an elastic bandage but not too tight.
