It goes by whats a fixture in the communities.
Case and point: (and you can blame the naumfacturers and Marketing strategist for this) in the black communities you have KFC, Mcdonalds, and stuff...buses drive by with sprite signs....the commercial have Lebron James and The black puppet guy...What does cook have? Rollerskating Blondes.
You have to blame the marketing and Advertising execs who've really embedded things into certain communites (certain products are associated with more of an urban feel and so people from that region are more likely to pick what makes them feel at home or comfortable.)

hmmm- so you did a survey- but that's not something that can have scientific evidence to prove anything. So they whites prefer the taste of coke...are you trying to infer that whites like to drink the dark pop and the dark skinned people like the white pop? I think your question is quite inappropriate!!!

First of all, what university did you go to conduct this survey? Second, what was your sample size? Third, what are the demographics of your sample size other than race?
