I think that opposites attract to a certain extent. My girl and I are very different in some aspects, and very similar in others. I think we end up complimenting eachother. She is a take charge sort of person, while I tend to be more laid back. However, when it comes to personal issues, I'm the first one to jump on the band wagon while she stands back and asseses the situation.

I don't know that there are opposites to everything, but I do think that newtons law was right. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction...which leads me to my theory that there is absolutely someone out there for everyone.

I think opposites attract. My husband and I are very different, from the way we drive to the way we parent our children and we are completely happy with one another. I don't know about there being opposites for everything, I think it could be possible.

Yes they do. I married my opposite. We are as different as night and day. It makes for an interesting relationship though. Sometimes there are arguments, other times not. But the way we look at it is we will always learn from each other because we are so different. Things will never be boring!

What attracted me and my husband to each other was our affinity, not our contradictions. We are both for the most part non-confrontational people. For some couples, the differences create a spark, but both parties must have the same attitude about a relationship, or have a way to fit the pieces of the puzzle together so that it makes a whole.

I don't think opposites attract, but there are opposites for everything. For example, how can you truly understand what "good" is until you know how bad "bad" can be?

Sure, theres always an opposite for something. It does come into play in attraction, but there are always extremes where it can hinder a relationship.

It is in some cases. Me and my boyfriend are totally opposites, and yet, we are totally attracted to eachother. Plus... he's a hottie, so that helps.
