People tend to think that I'm weak because I never had a fight in my life. I've come close to fighting, but never really got involved in fighting. I'm a nice guy so I'm not that much of a violent person. Also is there a way you could learn hot to really fight even though I never had a fight experience? Finally is it a good thing that I haven't fought anyone. If I sound like I want to fight then I'll clarify that this isn't the case.

You lucky son of a gun! You're also probably more mature than your peers!

Of course it's a good thing. Unless of course you watched your friend get his A** kicked and you didn't do anything. That would be bad...

Learning HOW to protect yourself is a good idea for anybody, however. Look into joining some sort of martial arts class. Just look into them first. If you don't actually want to fight, make sure you don't join somewhere with a bunch of meatheads that like to go get wasted and brawl on the weekends. Joining the right place can not only teach you something that could be valueable, but is a great way to stay in shape, and you'll probably become really good friends with some of the people training with you...

Have you ever had a thought of anger towards another? Then, that is hurting your fellow man.
No one is without anger towards their brother and sisters.

Figure out how you express your anger when treated poorly. There you will understand how those who fight feel.

I am not justifying physical fighting, but many many people fight with their emotions, behaviors, and silence.

You sound like a good person. Do not think you are missing a thing by not physically fighting.

continue going and fighting for your own way. bullying is not your style -- and should not be the style of well educated, cultured students. hope the message gets across and does not go from ear and get out from the other end of the next ear! it used to be that fighting was a means to assert yourself...no longer -- at least no longer in north America -- since we live now here. as for the rest of the world do as you would do if you were in Rome!

Nothings wrong with that. I'm 18 too and have never fought. That shows that you are the bigger and more mature person. good for you. And also, i find that non-violent people seem to be more romantic and good with dates. So is this true for you. Want to find out?

You could take some self-defence classes in case you might want to know how to fight, just to be able to defend yourself and not have the fight get out of control.
