Piano would be the ulimate instrument to master. It is the root of all modern music and the tool of composers. Guitar if you only care about rock.

i can already play the piano and the clarinet pretty well, but there is always room for improvement! i would also like to learn how to play percussion and the sax, but frankly, i dont have engouh time, because if i were to learn more instruments, not only would that be more $$$, but i would never get any sleep

Lead guitar - hands down -no-doubt-about-it. I play acoustic, but far from great! Oh yeah- the violin.... where I come from, that's called a fiddle!

a SAXOPHONE.

i've wanted to be a jazz artist since i was little, i was a weird kid that never listened to the backstreet boys half as much as john coltrane. i joined the band in middle school and they gave me a clarinet since you had to start on that first. well, to my childish mind, a clarinet did not equal a saxophone, so i dropped my case and quit the band. i've never gone back since, but my love for jazz has not died :]

I've been playing the guitar for almost 20 years, and I don't consider myself really good, much less great.
