well this morning i was playing basketball. and i got mad and punched a wall, thinking it was padded. it was not and i hit wood. right after my wrist was hurting really bad. So after around 6 or 7 hours there is no swelling and i can grip ok. And tommorow i have a golf tournament and the only time my wrist hurts is at the take away and the release so im guessing it has to do with the side of my wrist.
My question is what should i do to get my wrist back in 10 hours so i can play golf tommmorow. There is no swelling, so right now im just going hot-cold-hot-cold. Any ideas?!

I would not apply any heat to it. I would wrap it and take anti-inflammatories as needed. Ice is recommended. Heat actually will increase the swelling. It may be sore tomorrow when you wake up. I would also move it as you can tolerate. Using it as long as it does not hurt.

do about 50 wrist curls and then apply heat for 30 min it will give you some relief.
