As in favorite overall? I don't know.
I like:
The Sonic Series, (not the show) if you consider them animae, they really aren't in the games.
Kirby (The show was...ok. But still messed the character up a bit)
Megaman Zero (Again, not the show. And the real Zero, not maverick hunter Zero.)
And finally, Ben 10.
