They don't.
Osama Bin Laden does not have an Al in his name. Neither does Warren Jeffs (he was on top of the list for a while).

That's not the rule and it's not always!!!!For exsample: Does Russia begins with "Al" or Adolf Hitler begins with "Al" or Sadam Husein begines with "Al"??No,No,No,it has to be only Al Caeda or what?!
