I don't care what made you dream it or your analysis of it . I just want the nitty-gritty of it . Nightmares I'll take too .

About six months after my mother died, on her birthday, I dreamt I was at a huge banquet table, people sitting all around, some sitting on the side of the room in chairs. Someone brought out a roasted calf, and placed it on the table for us to eat. (This makes me think of instances in the Bible about the "Heavenly Supper" and the "fatted calf"). I am instantly disgusted, and think, "I am NOT going to eat that"! Suddenly, the room blurs, and I am propelled through the air, passing figurines of people around me along the way. The speed was so intense that it was like air travel instead of just "flying". The next thing I know, I am standing in front of a couple of old men, in a country setting, and I overhear them talking about somebody dying. One of them said, "Yes, it was unexpected. She was a nice person". I wondered why I was standing there hearing them. Next, I was listening to a group of girls talking, and they didn't seem to put much value on the fact I was there, and I thought, suddenly and chillingly, "Maybe I AM dead!" Instantly, I was racing through the night sky, through almost total darkness, going "where", I didn't know. I was so afraid, and I begged God to please help me not be dead! The next thing I knew, I heard a commercial on TV, and my friend said, "Wake up!" I strained to keep my eyes open, not wanting to fall back into the dream, afraid it was all too real. Thinking about it, I see elements of Dickens "Christmas Carol"in the dream, and still yet, I wonder what might have happened if I hadn't been awakened when I was.

I dreamed I was at a strange border, with opaque thick blue fog blocking my access. Beautiful, otherworldly music was playing, which seemed to change key every few seconds. A dead rocker who in life fancied himself a poet sang a wonderful song about breaking through to another side, and every line in the song seemed to rhyme with every other!

I can't remember the music or the words, exactly, only the general impression they left, of being simply from outside of this world. I awoke stunned by it. At the time I was visiting a schizophrenic relative at a ski resort in the mountains where he worked, and I had gone to bed thinking that the next day I would try to ease his tortured mind by telling him about the amazing evidence for surivival of death (near-death experiences, mediums, and such). That night I had this mind-blowing dream. Is there a connection between incarnate and discarnate minds? Go figure. And no, I was not stoned.

My mom is 50 and she can't have any more kids. I've dreamt on several occassions that she and my dad just had a baby boy and that I get to name him. I'm 21 yrs old and my brother is 18. I kinda named my brother... when I was 3 I really loved the name Michelle so I told my parents if it's a girl that's gonna be her name... but we had a boy so they called him Michael.
