This guy that lives beside me has parties every week. He seems to have one friend who is loaded by 7 pm and shooting off his mouth at full throttle. I want to kill someone. Well not really but he sucks!!!

The guy who lived below me last year was a real jerk. He would play his music at 4 am and have the bass blasting. My entire room would vibrate and he would refuse to turn it down. I know how you feel.

that answer b4 mine is a good one,but I can tell you give it time the cops or their lifestyle will catch up to them sooner or later,so as much as it sucks,let them have their good time they'll pay for it way more later in life
