I wasn't born with poor eyesight. But recently eyesight became blurry (maybe because of alcohol consumption). Will wearing glasses help correct my eyesight?

You may have to se the eye doctor and he will prescribe the right eye glasses. Also you might have a stimatism..i do and i have to wear glasses only for reading so check with your doctor and he will tell you weather you have to wear them everyday or just for reading. But always take the doctors advice. And yes it will make things much brighter for you and you want get those little headaches either

Glasses will correct your vision, but they won't cure it. The only thing that can fix vision problems is surgery like Lasik or a contacts implant. Carrots are very good for your eyesight. Remember that alcohol affects all of your body- and not in a good way. So try to stop drinking, go to the eye doctor and see what's up. You may only need reading glasses or something.

I'm sorry, but glasses will make your eyesight better. I've worn glasses since I was in third grade and Im 19 today and my eyes just got worse. My opinion is that eye doctors just want you to come to them year after year giving you stronger medication so your eyes can get worse and worse while they get more and more money. I hope I help some :-)

Glasses would help you see better, but it wouldn't improve/cure your eyesight. You can try eye doing exercises to improve your vision. I recently started doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.

I haven't seen any improvement as yet, but other people (who have experienced improvements) also post comments about their experiences as well. You can check it out at: http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog

Good luck

You need to see an optometrist to determine what is wrong. They will give you a field test, where you have to identify red dots popping up and then they will dilute your pupils and look into your eyes. Do this ASAP.

You would'nt know until you go to an eye doctor to have your eyes check and find out why, if I were you, i would go as soon as possible. You only have one pair of eyes remember.
