I am a huge India Arie fan. I recently started watching The Wire - I was dumbstruck by the theme song and the artist who sings it. Will someone please confirm who this is??? I could swear that it's India Arie but I can't find anything to confirm or deny this. The song is called Keep the Devil Down. Furthermore, where can I download or purchase her version?
(...and yes, I know the original was written by Tom Waits and that the Blind Boys of Alabama sing a version as well)

From what I've heard season 4's theme song is sung by Doreen Vail and members of a Balto boy's choir. I don't think its available for download anywhere. I've been checking iTunes but they've only got Tom Waits' and the Blind Boys versions. They don't even have the Neville Bros version from season 3.
