are you constipated at all? when I was pregnant I suffered really badly from constipation and the pain was exactly where you described.
Also, your ligaments start to soften when pregnant. you will get quite alot of niggly pains in your tummy.
If in doubt speak to your midwife.

When you are pregnant your body does all sorts of strange things. A Friend of mine recently got an all over body rash that looked like cat scratches. Another ones hair regrew as curly when it had previously been straight. The body does funny things and is really over active with so much going on. It may well be nothing to worry about but you should still put your mind at ease and see a doctor. One thing I do know is that any extra worry while pregnant wont do you or your baby any good.
Again its probably nothing but better to be safe than sorry.
Good luck and take care.

Get checked out for ectopic pregnancy. It's nasty stuff so you should get that checked out. If you've already had a scan and it's all in the right place, then at least that's out of the way (and good news too).
On the lihgter side, it could be your ligaments pulling to adjust to all the forthcoming changes. I had stupid pains at night mainly and sat there crying in the middle of the night for a couple of months because of that.
One of those saussage cushions (the long ones) they sell on jojomamanbebe, kiddicare and bumpto3 helped a great deal.
Just to be on the safe side, if you haven't had a scan, get one done. It helps to say you hav eno idea when your last period was so you can get a dating scan. (And don't forget your nuchal scan before 13 weeks).
Congratulations, I hope all goes well. I'm trying for number 2 at the mo, so it'll be my turn next!

Your body is going through huge changes (even if you can't see anything yet), and you will get all sorts of twinges, aches and pains. You will also get all the usual pains that you would get if you weren't pregnant, wind, cramps etc, sometimes it's hard to know what's pregnancy related and what isn't.
If the pains get worse or you are worried, call your Dr/Midwife. They will be only too happy to put your mind at ease.
If you are ever in doubt, call them.
Good luck with your pregnancy.

I wouldn't worry too much, everyone get's belly pains pregnant or not. It may have been something you have eaten or indigestion ( this does get worse even in early pregnancy). If you are concerned go to your doctor or midwife, that's what she's there for. It may be something as simple as a pulled muscle.

They are probably just pains from your muscles, tendons and uterus streching to make room for the baby. But since they are on one side only you might want to talk to your doctor. It may be an etopic pregnancy or their might be something else going on. I would call your doctor's office and ask to speak to the nurse or the doctor and see what they say. Good Luck and congratultions on the pregnancy.

Its probably nothing serious but i'd check with your doctor or clinic if I were you. I just experienced the same thing this week and phoned my hospital. They said that its best to get a check up to make sure all is ok. Good luck

It's because your belly is stretching because your baby is growing. Eventually it's going to start kicking. The pains you are having is perfectly normal.
Congrats though!♥

I would go see your OBGYN about it, but, I bet he/she doesnt seem too concerned about it.
Your body is changing. Expanding hips to carry the child. And all sort of chemical changes, are occuring also.
My wife thought she had a stomach virus, she cramped so much, and found out she was prengnant for our last one...
I wish you well..
