if you mean the animated series then yes i do remember filias fox.
for some reason it was decided that children watched, with more interest, if the parts were played by animals.
if you mean the original film then i am a bit fuzzy - wasn't it someone like David Niven?
if you mean the recent remake with Steve Coogan and Jackie Chan - then i thought that it was pretty good for a remake.

I thought it was "Around the World in 80 Days" and I thought his name was Phinius. The celluloid production production reminds me of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang or Dr. Doolittle (the 60's version.)
