If this is a recurring problem there may be something dead around as this is where flies lay their eggs in meat, these eggs become maggotts and until that is removed then the maggotts will persist on havin a fun day out. get in touch with environmental health or cleansing services at your council for advice and help

Pour some petrol into the wheelie bin. In fact pour petrol everywhere you suspect the maggots are. Before it rains, drop a match in. That should sort the little beggars out.

Try leaving some bleach in the area where they are infesting..
