Say "you're fired"

Unless you are a criminal defendant and you have a public defender. Then you must first hire a new private attorney, or convince the judge to let you go pro se (don't do that, bad idea). They won't let you fire the PD assigned to you in an attempt to get another PD without good reason. And trust me, you don't have a good reason.
