about 20 weeks...

they start opening their eyes in the womb at about 26 or 27 weeks (but can react sooner)... I'm almost certain of it (I'm 8 months pregnant and addicted to pregnancy books)

Is this a test? I have no idea... you might try looking at one of those baby sites that gives week to week development, like babycenter.com.

i really don't know, how could you tell if they are inside the mother?
