Distribute flyers out to homes of newly constructive sub-divisions, condos and complexes.

When owners first move-in to their new place, there are always stuffs to do. Like putting up blinds, replace light fixtures, install a bookcase etc. While waiting for the phone books to be unpacked or delivered, your information is right there at their doors. Guess who they going to call.

A lot of these people are also new to the area. So if you do a good job, you'll get a lot of repeat business.

This may seem a little far out, but I know a paving contractor who put his business on the Web and is doing business overseas as well as locally.

A catchy phrase and something kind of dorky & cutsey....like a key chain, thermal sleeve, magnet etc.
