Get 250 points by answering a lot of questions, selecting best answers when you write questions(writing the questions loses 5 points) and getting your questions selected as best answers.

I did it in 2 days. I simply maxed out every category I could. So I would answer 20 questions a day, and vote for as many open answers as possible. I would suggest you take your time answering the questions by doing research and sincerely answer the questions. I got 3 best answers which added 10 points to my score each time. Before I knew it I had an email telling me I was a level 2.
