symantec help?

wen ever i right-click a program on my desktop and stuff, Symantec activates the Windows installer thing how can i make it stop

Maybe they are trying to tell you, to update your windows..

Reinstall your Symantec.

Are you an Administrator of your PC? If not, put yourself Administrator and redo what you do to make the window appear. This might give you the rights to install whatever it's requesting to install.
