If you wake up every morning and never hit the snooze button, and you go in early and you stay late, and you love Mondays and you hate Friday afternoons.

Trust me here if you get up in the morning and look forward to going and want to be there and that is all you want to do with your self at that point in time you have a good job if you are asking questions about if you have a good job or not you do not because you have already put yourself in the position to second guess your life

Simple and true answer:
When you look forward to going back in the next day. This may not seem possible, but when you´ve really found the right job for YOU, it happens. Don´t waste nearly a third of your time going in somewhere you don´t enjoy.

You don't very often. Jobs can change from minute to minute. One friend started a job and loved it for three weeks or so then it changed and he hated it. Ended up quitting.

When the salary are better then the job and you like what you do for nothing before you do it.
