one of my cousins wants to get pregnant. she had ben taking the pill for a year and she stopped taking it two months ago. some people say it will take her like one more month to be able to conceive because she still has some of the pill effects so it's not so easy to get pregnant. is this true?

You can get pregnant a day after stopping the pill. However, some people take longer than others simply because they do. It took my friend 3 years to get pregnant after stopping the pill. Just takes Mother Nature some time.

These ppl are totally wrong. I fell pregnant in the first month bracket after i went off the pill (within 3 weeks to be exact) and my partner only has one testicle as well (he had the other removed because of cancer). The chances of it happening so soon after his surgery and me going off the pill i was told was only a 1 in 20 chance.

It can happen believe me! But if your friend doest fall pregnant that soon, dont worry. It can take a little time depending on each individual person.

I got pregnant on the pill, and 2nd time round, after being off it for 2 months. All depends on your own body and when you have sex, you need to be having sex as much as possible mid cycle, when you ovulate, so if the first day of your period is day one, you need to have sex daily from about day 10 to day 17. And have fun doing it!! ;-P
