in your question, the class tossed heads, 161 times and tails 179 times.
all you are missing is the total number of trials. you can find that by adding the number of tosses - heads and tails - together to get 340
so Pheads = 161/340 = 0.4735, Ptails = 179/340 = 0.5264
also notice that if you add the probabilities of Pheads and Ptails the total should be 1 (or very close because of rounding), a good way to check your work
