I'm 14 and I'm on the wrestling team, I know wrestling makes my face worse, but i love the sport, and quitting is not an option. Well what i normally do is put some soap on every day, in the morning, right after i get home from school, (which by the way, my last period is wrestling) and at night, but at night, not only do i just wash my face with soap, i use St. Ives blackhead and blemish control, and it sort of helps, but recently, i've been doing that same process, and now it's going pretty slow, my pimples aren't going getting smaller or decreasing, and they arent' growing. PLEASE, I NEED SOME HELPFUL TIPS!!! I am very very insecure with them on my face, you don't realize how it's like, today some girl called my ugly, PLEASE, PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME?

Soap strips the natural layers which in turn dries out your skin so your glands are saying Too dry! so they work over time to excrete oils cause more pimples use cetaphil or one from chemist soap free.

Also taking vitamins and mineral multi should be good and dont forget to drink water water water and I would limit other drinks and stay away from over processed food try having natural stuff in your diet especially fruit and veggies! Good Luck

Well soap actually is not good to use. The soap will dry out your skin. Why don't you acne products like proactive, clean and clear, or Noxzema. The links are the products websites. Check them out they might help.

Never, never, never use soap! Soap can really turn your skin dry and can cause dandruff on that place if you keep putting soap on. (yea, dandruff!) The best proactive solution is proactiv,

over washing irritates your skins and possibly causing more pimples...you should use proactiv, i use it and it really does work, it makes you face clear in a maximum of 2 months
and also if you sweat, wipe it off cuz swaet also may cause more pimples

pimples arent caused by wat you eat though, only on rare occasions
