For a long time Iraq was at war with America's enemy, Iran. Iraq is in civil war now and only a idiot would say they are not in civil war, like Bush or his cronies. There are 1.3 billion who follow Islam, does anyone in there right mind think we can kill them all without Nukes? I do not. Now 65 percent of Americans now think Iraq is in civil war. Rumsfeld just said "we have a good idea of how many are being killed in Iraq". Before he said "we do not do body counts".
