Did they lose their shape or perkeyness... ? what did u notice the most after pregnancy and breast feeding? do u think they need to be redone?

They do not change much at all. Just like normal breasts the skin stretches a bit but that is all. This can actually help implants to look more natural... the skin isn't so tight so there is more movement.
They also do not interfere with breastfeeding unless you had them placed above the muscle then there is a chance you may not be able to breastfeed. The placement can interfere with the milk ducts. If they were put under the muscle there is nothing that interferes with breast feeding.

I don't know from personal experience, but after my sister breast fed her son she went down a cup size. I don't think they HAVE to be redone, but a lot of women have them enhanced back to the size they used to be.

I breastfed my daughter for 15 months. I don't think I need implants. My breasts are still perky and full. By the way, my daughter is 4 now and it took awhile for them to bounce back to their original splendor.

just remember there is more skin to fill, they will still be down lower than before feeding. my advice is for you to get a breast lift not a boob job or both

i dont know, but after breast feeding my wife now wants implants... but she wants to wait till after we are done making babies... would they be ruined if she got them now, then got pregnant and breast fed?

i definately want them after i am done having kids but i will wait until i am done with my babies but they are not perky anymore at all and they are smaller than they were
