Im takin 40MG accutane and im wonderin is 40 MG weak to kill acne? I havent seen the results i wanted yet but i can tell my face is gettin a little better barely. I want to take a higher dosage like 80MG cause i want to see results ASAP and for the side effects i only got dry lips that it.
MY doctor told me i should take 40 mg ONE TIME A DAY ( it said on box 2 times a day) because its my first time tryin it and she said later on she will increase the dosage.
So people do you think a week and 4 days is to short to judge the effectiveness of Accutane? Should i wait 2 more weeks or more???

you need to wait at least month....acutain can cause serious liver damage if you take too much...thats why you have to get on it slowly....

I took accutane before it took me about a month to notice results. I remeber starting out by taking 1 and later 2. My side effect was losing lots of hair. I took accutane for 2 years and now my face is worse.
