Well the first sign would be after you pick yourself up off the floor and you need to get a cold piece of meat to put on your eye. This would be worse case scenario. Of course another might be if he cancels his date with you to go our with someone else, this to could be a clincher. Last but not least if you feel like your man is treating you in a way that you would not want to be treated by the man of your dreams than he is probably not treating you right.

When you feel like everything you say is wrong. Walking on eggshells around the house. Not wanting friends or family to come visit at your house. Not being able to talk to them the same way you talk with everyone else. when you find yourself rather being at work then at home. when they are staying up late at night rather then going to crash when your tired. (and you both have to be up at the same time in the morn). When the only good times you have with each other is when your both drinking or stoned. Time to be on your own for a bit.

There are so many ways to tell. It depends on what situation you're in. Some guys are jerks in a sense that they pay attention to girls one minute and the next day they ignore them. Typical male nature..

when u dont see he a whole lot like u used to when he dose not answer yr phone calls when he hurts u when u find other numbers that u dont know you've never seen if he hits u or if he like just arguis with u no romance or when he stops buing u stuff

When he would rather spend all his spare time down the pub or at the casino and would rather buy a flash car to drive around with instead of buying nice stuff you you.

Any time you find yourself wanting to hide when he's at your door, whether for annoyance, fear of abuse or anything else. Any time he's rude, makes you pay for anything, 'borrows' things without asking, expects you to bail him out all the time, etc. Oh, and if you catch him cheating, he's obviously not who he led you to believe and it's time to 'fire' him and get another guy.
